Is pranic healing touch-based?

No — it is completely non-touch. The practitioner works on the energy field that surrounds your body, never on the body itself. In a distance session, you and the practitioner aren't even in the same room.

Does it replace medical treatment?

Never. Pranic Healing is complementary — it works alongside proper medical care to support your recovery and wellbeing. Please continue consulting your doctor and taking prescribed medication. We will always encourage you to do so.

How does distance healing actually work?

Prana — life energy — is not limited by physical distance, much like a phone call isn't limited by it. At the scheduled time you simply relax at home while the practitioner scans, cleanses and energises your energy field remotely. Most people report noticeable relaxation during the session itself.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the concern. Simple issues like everyday stress or a tension headache often respond within one to three sessions. Long-standing or chronic conditions typically benefit from a series of regular sessions over several weeks. We'll suggest a realistic plan after your first consultation — and you're never locked in.

What do I need for a session?

Just a quiet space where you can sit or lie down undisturbed for 30–45 minutes, wearing comfortable clothing. No equipment, apps or preparation are required.

Do I need experience or a certain fitness level for yoga?

Not at all. Sessions are guided live by a certified yoga instructor and adapted to your age, flexibility and comfort — from complete beginners to regular practitioners. You are always encouraged to practise within your own limits, never to force a posture.

I have a medical condition — can I still join yoga or healing sessions?

In most cases, yes — but it is essential that you inform us of any medical condition, injury, recent surgery, or pregnancy before your first session, so the practice can be adapted safely for you, and that you continue to follow your doctor's advice. Please note: if a condition is not disclosed to us beforehand, we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from it.

What does handwriting analysis involve?

You send a photo of a page of your natural handwriting (we'll guide you on what to write). The analysis reveals personality traits, emotional patterns and stress indicators, and comes with a personal discussion of the findings and practical suggestions.
